Longwood homes: a historic core and decades of suburbs

Longwood dates to the 1870s and was incorporated as a city in 1923. Its historic district, near State Road 434 and County Road 427, holds buildings from the 1870s through the 1930s. Most of the city grew into a residential community in the 1970s and 1980s, so a lot of Longwood bathrooms date from that era or from a later update.

$185 per grab bar installed, with all mounting hardware included. The bar itself is extra: use your own, or we supply one. A three-bar job like the one above is $555 in labor.

Warranty, and who we are

Every bar we install comes with our lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own your home or building: if a bar loosens because of how we installed it, we fix it free. The bar itself is covered by its maker's warranty, and damage, misuse, and pre-existing wall problems aren't covered. We also come back for a free inspection at one year. Being nearby makes that one-year visit easy to schedule.
